These terms govern the website, account, and Liiiraa Boost Windows application, including Free and Premium, the per-PC license, optimizations, billing, updates, and safe use.

Acceptance and provider identification
By browsing, you accept the rules that apply to public content. Creating an account, installing the app, or subscribing to Premium will require specific acceptance of the current version. Liiiraa Boost is the product's trade identity; until the individual or legal entity providing it, registration, and address are displayed, there is no checkout, charge, or Premium contract.
Software license
While you comply with these terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the available Liiiraa Boost version. The software, brand, interface, documentation, and official profiles remain protected. You may not sell access, sublicense, remove notices, copy protected elements, or reverse engineer except where applicable law mandatorily permits it.
One Premium license per PC
One Premium subscription keeps one PC active at a time, linked through the account without a typed key. The identifier is derived and protected; raw HWID is not stored. Transfer or reset is normally available once every 30 days. Reinstallation and minor upgrades do not consume a reset; a material change such as a motherboard normally creates a new device. Support may review legitimate exceptions after security confirmation and with an auditable record.
Optimizations, consent, and restoration
The app shows the plan, impact, risk, and dependencies before a persistent change. You decide what to apply, except temporary actions already authorized for an automatic profile. Operations must be specific and reversible where technically possible; arbitrary remote scripts are not part of the product. History and restoration remain available on Free and after Premium ends. Interrupting an operation, deleting a restoration point, or changing Windows outside the plan may limit reversal.
Compatibility and results
The app targets compatible Windows 10/11 versions. Hardware, firmware, drivers, antivirus, anti-cheat, games, and system state may limit a recommendation. Measurements and estimates are labeled separately. Liiiraa Boost does not promise specific FPS, latency, frametime, stability, or savings before measuring the same PC under comparable conditions, and does not replace maintenance, backup, or professional diagnosis.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to intrude, defraud, bypass licensing, anti-cheat, or security controls; distribute malware; perform denial of service; interfere with matches or third parties; collect data without authority; test outside the Responsible Disclosure Policy; or provide account access. We may block an action or suspend access for concrete risk, a legal duty, or violation, with notice and a challenge channel where applicable.
Downloads and updates
Download only from an official route. Publisher, signature, version, SHA-256, manifest, channel, and compatibility must match; a discrepancy blocks installation. Updates may address security, compatibility, and defects and must use a signed manifest. Beta or experimental channels, if offered, carry visible risks. An old version may lose support after reasonable notice, but local restoration will never be intentionally blocked by an expired subscription.
Price, payment, and renewal
The announced price is R$29.90 monthly or R$249.90 annually in Brazil, and US$6.99 monthly or US$59.99 annually in English. Cards support both cycles; Pix supports annual billing in Brazil; boleto will not be available at launch. Final price, currency, taxes, operator, date, and renewal appear in the summary before confirmation. The subscription renews on the chosen cycle until canceled, and a price change requires advance notice and new acceptance where law requires.
Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund
You may cancel at any time through the account and keep Premium until the paid period ends, with no further renewal. The first subscription has a full refund when requested within seven days, without reducing a more favorable mandatory withdrawal or warranty right. The method, refund timing, and access effect will appear before purchase; an unrecognized charge or restoration failure receives priority support.
Offline use, availability, and changes
Premium may work offline for up to 30 days after validation, then returns to Free until reconnecting without deleting history or restoration. Online features may be unavailable for maintenance, security, force majeure, or a communicated retirement. A material price, license, device, or processing change receives notice and a new version; an accepted offer and mandatory protections apply to an existing contract.
Games, Windows, and third-party services
Microsoft, manufacturers, stores, games, anti-cheat systems, payment services, and identity providers maintain their own terms and are not controlled by Liiiraa Boost. Compatibility does not mean partnership or endorsement. The product does not authorize violation of those terms. A third-party change may block a profile until revalidation; review external links before use.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, liability, or forum that applicable law does not allow parties to waive. To the extent permitted, we are not responsible for an unpromised result, a disclosed incompatibility, a change made outside the plan, unauthorized use, or unforeseeable indirect loss. If the service has an attributable defect, remedies required by law and contract remain available.
Contact and disputes
Contract questions use legal@liiiraa.com; a billing and cancellation path will exist in the account before sale. We will seek direct resolution without preventing access to Brazil's ANPD, consumer bodies, official dispute platforms, or courts. Governing law and forum follow mandatory rules applicable to the user and the provider identified when contracting; these terms do not preselect a forum that unfairly disadvantages the user.
