This policy explains how Liiiraa Boost handles data on the website, in your account, and in the Windows application, what stays only on your PC, and which features depend on your choice.

How each purpose is handled
Necessary storage and optional uses have different conditions. The site never treats silence as consent.
Who is accountable for processing

- Formal identification
- Liiiraa Boost is the trade and product identity accountable for this service. Before production accounts, subscriptions, or other collection open, this policy and the interface will identify the individual or legal entity acting as controller, its registration, and address where applicable law requires them.

Website delivery and protection
Strictly necessary- Purpose
- Deliver the requested page, preserve your locale choice, prevent abuse, and protect the availability, integrity, and security of the public service.
- Data
- The IP address and technical metadata accompanying the request, such as date, time, route, browser, and security signals; the locale preference stays in the browser when stored.
- Legal basis
- Performing the user's request and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service after necessity and balancing assessments; legal duties may require specific records.
- Retention
- The local preference remains until removed. Application access logs are kept for six months where Article 15 of Brazil's Internet Civil Framework applies; otherwise, only as long as security, legal claims, or a valid order requires.
- Sharing
- Only with hosting, delivery, and protection processors actually contracted and identified before production, purpose-limited and bound by confidentiality; the local preference is not sent to Liiiraa Boost.
- Choice and withdrawal
- You can clear the preference in your browser. Processing indispensable to delivery and security does not rely on consent, but you may object to legitimate-interest processing through the privacy channel.
Account, subscription, and billing support
Strictly necessary- Purpose
- When accounts and billing are activated, create and protect the account requested, verify contact details, administer Free or Premium, record choices, process contracting, and handle cancellation, refunds, and billing support.
- Data
- Display name, email, protected credentials or a passkey public key, account state, plan, billing cycle, currency, choices, and transaction references; Liiiraa Boost does not need to store a complete card number.
- Legal basis
- Steps at the user's request, performance of a contract, compliance with legal duties, and legal claims; fraud prevention and security may use legitimate interests with safeguards.
- Retention
- While the account or subscription is active and then only for applicable legal, tax, chargeback, fraud-prevention, and claims periods. Data without a retention duty is deleted or anonymized after closure.
- Sharing
- With identity, payment, billing, and support processors identified before activation. Each receives only what its function requires and acts under contract and access controls.
- Choice and withdrawal
- When contracting is available, you will be able to cancel the subscription, close the account, and exercise the rights in this policy. Data necessary for the contract or required by law will not rely on consent and may remain only for a justifiable period.
Session and essential storage
Strictly necessary- Purpose
- When authentication is activated, maintain the requested session, prevent request forgery, apply security preferences, and support reliable sign-out or revocation.
- Data
- Authentication may use random session identifiers, anti-CSRF protection, expiration, and strictly necessary preferences; this storage must not hold passwords, PC diagnostics, optional telemetry, or AI content.
- Legal basis
- Performing the requested account service and legitimate interests in protecting the user and service, with minimization and risk-appropriate expiration.
- Retention
- When a session exists, it will end on configured expiration, sign-out, revocation, or browser clearing, whichever occurs first; revocation records may remain as needed to prevent reuse or comply with an applicable duty.
- Sharing
- Access will be restricted to the identity service and origin that need to validate the session. It will not be used for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking.
- Choice and withdrawal
- Signing out or clearing storage will end the session and may require authentication again. Because it will be necessary to the requested function, blocking it will prevent account features but not public content.
Premium license and device identity
Strictly necessary- Purpose
- Bind a Premium subscription to one PC, validate the offline period, apply the transfer or reset window, and investigate fraud or legitimate exceptions requested from support.
- Data
- When licensing is activated, it will use a protected, derived device identifier, application version, activation state and dates, last validation, reset window, and an auditable decision history. Raw HWID is not stored.
- Legal basis
- Performance of the requested license, fraud prevention, and service security, with necessity, proportionality, and a challenge channel.
- Retention
- During the subscription and as needed for offline validation, the reset window, disputes, and legal claims; the link is then deleted or converted to a non-identifying record where permitted.
- Sharing
- Limited to account, licensing, and support services that need to confirm activation. The identifier is not sold, used for advertising, or combined with browsing to build a profile.
- Choice and withdrawal
- When accounts and licensing are active, the dashboard will let you request transfer or reset under the commercial rule and request review of a legitimate exception. Account deletion will stop future validation, subject to records required by law or a dispute.
Local diagnostics, plans, measurements, and restoration
Strictly necessary- Purpose
- Analyze compatibility, prepare reviewable plans, measure results, record changes, and support restoration on the PC itself, including when the user is on Free.
- Data
- Hardware, Windows, drivers, relevant processes, selected games, measurements, applied changes, history, and restoration points. Personal files, passwords, and browsing history are outside scope by default.
- Legal basis
- Processing occurs locally to perform the function expressly requested on the device; sending anything to the cloud requires a separate purpose and condition described below.
- Retention
- It stays on the PC until the user deletes the item, clears the history, or uninstalls the related data. Premium ending does not block history or restoration and does not turn this data into remote collection.
- Sharing
- No sharing by default. A summary may reach the account or support only after explicit selection and authorization in the corresponding screen.
- Choice and withdrawal
- You control available deletion, export, and optional sending in the app. Deleting a restoration point may remove the ability to undo that change, a consequence shown before confirmation.
Optional telemetry
Prior consent- Purpose
- Understand stability, failures, and feature use through proportionate metrics tied to a purpose shown before collection.
- Data
- Only events and fields listed in the consent screen. Personal files, passwords, browsing history, support content, and high-frequency game-time telemetry are excluded by default.
- Legal basis
- Prior, specific, granular, and freely given consent. Silence, browsing, installation, or use of an essential feature does not constitute consent.
- Retention
- Disabled until launch. Before activation, the choice will state the period or retention criteria; when the purpose ends, data is deleted or anonymized unless a demonstrable legal duty applies.
- Sharing
- No optional data is sent while telemetry is disabled. Processors, destinations, and subprocessors will be disclosed before consent.
- Choice and withdrawal
- You may refuse or withdraw at any time without losing Free, safety, history, restoration, or documentation. Withdrawal stops new collection and opens the deletion path for earlier identifiable data.
Diagnostics sent to support
Prior consent- Purpose
- Investigate one support case using only the technical package you review and authorize for that case.
- Data
- Version, environment, and technical fields visible in the package review. Secrets, credentials, payment data, personal files, and unrelated information must be removed before sending.
- Legal basis
- Separate, explicit consent for the selected package, together with performance of the requested support service where applicable.
- Retention
- For the period stated in the case and necessary for investigation, security, and legal claims; after the purpose ends, the package is deleted or anonymized under the published support schedule.
- Sharing
- Only with the team and processors needed for the case, identified before submission and subject to restricted access and confidentiality.
- Choice and withdrawal
- Canceling before submission discards the package. After submission, withdrawal stops new consent-based use and supports a deletion request, except for mandatory retention or legal claims.
Personalized AI assistance
Prior consent- Purpose
- Provide personalized guidance using the prompt and context the user chooses, without turning local diagnostics into hidden training or processing.
- Data
- The prompt, responses, and only context selected in the screen. Identity, full diagnostics, history, and files remain excluded until an express, specific choice.
- Legal basis
- Prior, granular, and reversible consent for the displayed purpose; Free, safety, and restoration do not depend on this choice.
- Retention
- Disabled until launch. The screen will say whether the request is temporary or saved in history and state the applicable period; data is deleted or anonymized when the purpose ends.
- Sharing
- No provider receives data while cloud AI is disabled. The provider, location, purpose, retention, and whether data is or is not used for training will be disclosed before sending.
- Choice and withdrawal
- Withdrawal stops new submissions and future personalization. The user can delete conversations and identifiable context, subject to specific legal duties.
Processors and transfers
Every hosting, identity, payment, support, telemetry, or AI processor will be identified in this policy or the purpose screen before it receives data. Contracts must limit instructions, confidentiality, security, retention, subprocessors, incidents, and deletion. These processors do not receive strictly local data.
Data kept only on the PC is not transferred by Liiiraa Boost. Before international processing begins, the destination, processor, purpose, and applicable safeguard will be disclosed under LGPD Articles 33–36 and, where applicable, GDPR Chapter V. Users may exercise the same rights through the privacy channel.
Your rights

- Complain to Brazil's ANPD, a consumer authority, or the competent data-protection authority in your jurisdiction
Scope and local-first principle
This policy covers the website, future account, device license, and Liiiraa Boost Windows 10/11 application. The web does not deeply analyze the PC. Diagnostics, plans, measurements, history, and restoration stay local by default; data leaving the device needs an identified purpose and, when optional, separate consent.
Accountability and contact
Liiiraa Boost is the product's public identity. The controller's complete legal identification will appear before production accounts, subscriptions, or collection open. Processors handle data only under instruction and contract. Requests use privacy@liiiraa.com; identity is verified proportionately before data is disclosed.
Consent and controls
Telemetry, diagnostic uploads, and cloud AI remain disabled. If activated, they will have separate choices without pre-ticked boxes; refusal or withdrawal will not remove Free, safety, documentation, history, or restoration. Storage indispensable to a page, future session, or security is explained separately and is not presented as optional advertising.
Retention and disposal
Liiiraa Boost keeps data only while the purpose, a legal duty, fraud prevention, legal claims, or a valid order justifies it. Data is then securely deleted or anonymized. Backups follow a limited cycle and do not return to ordinary use after deletion. Local data follows application controls and remains available for restoration after Premium ends.
Security and incidents
Controls include minimization, origin separation, least privilege, credential protection, administrative access records, artifact validation, and secret reduction in logs. No system is infallible. A relevant incident will be contained, assessed, and reported to users and authorities where law requires, with clear protection and recovery guidance.
Children and young people
The service is not directed to children or young people and does not seek their data knowingly. Anyone without legal capacity to contract or consent should use the service only with a guardian's involvement where permitted. A guardian may request review and deletion through the privacy channel, always considering the child's best interests.
How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@liiiraa.com, describe the right and related account or context, and never include a password. The team acknowledges the request, verifies identity, responds within the applicable period, and explains any lawful limitation. You may also contact Brazil's ANPD, consumer authorities, or the competent data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
Material changes receive a new version, effective date, summary, and history. If a change creates an optional purpose, new recipient, or consent-based condition, it will be shown before collection and require a new choice where necessary. An older version never silently authorizes incompatible use.
